Who we are

This website is operated by Edmonton AI and Data Solutions ("we", "us"). If you have any questions about this notice or your information, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name, if you provide it
• Details about your project, services of interest and timeline

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and prepare any proposal you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

• Formspree processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests them directly from Google.
• Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any legal record-keeping period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected].

Changes
